Position Objective
Looking for an experienced UI / AEM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and contemporary front-end technologies. The candidate will be responsible for developing responsive, scalable, and reusable digital experiences using AEM and UI technologies.
The role will involve close collaboration with UI/UX designers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Solution Architects, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality enterprise web applications.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain web applications and digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager.
* Develop reusable AEM components, templates, dialogs, and client libraries.
* Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
* Work with HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and AEM client libraries.
* Integrate AEM applications with REST APIs and backend services.
* Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into scalable web solutions.
* Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
* Optimize application performance, accessibility, and page-load times.




* Troubleshoot and resolve UI and AEM-related issues across development, testing, and production environments.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
* Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
* Support CI/CD processes and application deployments.
* • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
* Experience with React.js or another modern JavaScript framework.
* Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service.
* Experience with Content Fragments and Experience Fragments.
* Experience with AEM Dispatcher.
* Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products.
* Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON.
* Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
* Knowledge of web accessibility standards such as WCAG.
* Experience with web performance optimization.
* Experience in healthcare or life sciences domain is an added advantage.
