Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise application and platform service delivery. The role will manage technical teams, coordinate onsite-offshore execution, drive customer communication, govern delivery commitments, and ensure predictable outcomes with quality and transparency.

This is not an operations/people manager role. The candidate must have robust technical awareness to work effectively with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, service management, and customer stakeholders.

- Bachelor s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 12-15 years of overall IT experience, including 8+ years in project delivery, technical delivery management, application support management, or customer-facing delivery roles.
- Must have started career in hands-on technical roles such as developer, DevOps engineer,



Automation engineer, or similar technical delivery roles, and progressively grown into technical leadership, project management, or delivery management responsibilities.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, ADO, Executive Presentations.
- Experience managing distributed teams and leading customer governance with presentations, delivery reporting, risk management, release coordination, and escalations.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL certification is preferred.
