Were looking for a creative and technically strong Video Editor who understands that great editing goes beyond assembling clips. The role will primarily focus on Soulfilms projects while also supporting creative work for our upcoming marketing agency.

Youll work across weddings and ceremonies, cinematic films, behind-the-scenes content, commercial shoots, brand films, advertisements, social media reels and other qualified productions. Were looking for someone who can find the story within the footage and turn raw moments into polished, emotionally engaging films.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit wedding film clips/glimpse , ceremonies, couple stories and other Soulfilms productions.
- Create BTS videos, brand films, advertisements, commercial videos and social media content.
- Build edits around emotion, rhythm and storytelling rather than simply arranging footage.
- Handle professional colour correction, colour grading and look development to maintain a consistent cinematic visual language.
- Work confidently with professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve; knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
- Edit and manage footage from professional cameras, including 4K/high-resolution and large-file projects.
- Maintain organised project files, footage, proxies, backups and final exports without disrupting the workflow.
- Work with multicamera footage, audio syncing, sound design, music selection and professional finishing.




- Create both long-form films and short-form content such as Instagram Reels, teasers, highlights and promotional edits.
- Understand different editing approaches for weddings, emotional storytelling, commercial productions and brand-led content.
- Collaborate with cinematographers, photographers and the creative/marketing team to understand the intended story and visual direction.
- Bring fresh creative ideas to transitions, pacing, music, narrative structure and overall presentation.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently and consistently meet committed deadlines.

Portfolio/showreel demonstrating wedding, cinematic, commercial, brand or social-media editing work is preferred.
