Role & responsibilities

- The SAP FICO Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules to ensure effective financial operations and compliance within the organization. The consultant will collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external vendors to design, test, and deploy solutions that align with business requirements.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO (basic understanding of Integration with SD, MM & PP)
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; interpret, validate and document customer requirements
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map business requirements, processes,



and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure, and testing of SAP FICO (basic understanding of Integration with SD, MM & PP)
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Coordinate with users for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve problems.
- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues;
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Coordinate between the business functions/users and the SAP technical team.

Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
