Role & responsibilities:
- Manage large-scale seed processing operations to ensure productivity, quality, and timely output delivery.
- Drive capacity utilization, cost control, and operational efficiency across plant activities.
- Ensure full quality, statutory, and safety compliance across processing operations.
- Strengthen inventory accuracy, traceability, and stock management systems.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance plant performance.
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance as per production and customer schedules.
- Manage and develop plant workforce to achieve consistent operational targets.
