Experience: 1015+ years in ERP/CRM transformation programmes

Key Responsibilities:

- Own architecture, release planning, and governance for transformation programs.
- Lead workstreams across Business Central, CRM, Power Pages, reporting, and integrations.
- Define integration strategy, data migration approach, and cutover planning.
- Oversee API integration using REST, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, RAID reviews, and executive reporting.
- Mentor delivery leads and technical architects across global teams.

Must-Haves:

- 10–15+ years in ERP/CRM transformation programmes.
- 8+ years in solution architecture and delivery leadership.




- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Financials.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform & Power Pages.
- Robust background in enterprise integration (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management).
- Proven track record in data migration, reporting, and release management.
- Experience managing global delivery teams and executive stakeholders.
