Position: Jewellery ERP Business Analyst / Implementation Executive

We are looking for a candidate with experience or strong interest in ERP implementation, business analysis, testing and client coordination, preferably with exposure to the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements and convert them into clear functional requirements.

Coordinate with clients, users, development and QA teams.

Conduct ERP implementation, UAT, testing and user training.

Identify, document and track bugs, requirements and enhancements.

Prepare functional documents, process flows, test scenarios and user guides.

Support clients during Go-Live and provide post-implementation support.

Understand jewellery business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, POS, Manufacturing, Stones, Finance and Integrations.





Coordinate API/third-party integrations and support issue resolution.

Conduct product demonstrations and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Preferred Skills:

2–5 years of experience in ERP / Business Analysis / Implementation / Software Testing.

Valuable communication and client-handling skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

Good understanding of Excel and documentation.

Experience in Jewellery ERP or Jewellery business processes will be an added advantage.
