*Role:* Customer Support Executive – International Chat Process (E-commerce Seller Support)

*CTC:* Up to 32,000

*Cab Facility Available*

*Rotational Shifts*

*5.5 Days Working*

*Interview Mode:* face to face

### Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional support to sellers through chat interactions

Resolve queries related to orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account management

Ensure a seamless seller experience while maintaining quality and productivity standards





Meet defined service levels and performance metrics

### Eligibility

Minimum *1 year of experience* in an International Voice & Chat Process

*Seller Support experience is mandatory* (from any industry/domain)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome to apply
