Verify quantities with drawings & BOQ; handle material reconciliation (steel, cement).
Perform rate analysis & billing for extra items/variations.
Required Candidate profile
Maintain billing records & contract documents; coordinate with project & accounts teams for timely invoicing & collections.
Monitor project costs to ensure budget control.
