Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team responsible for Record to Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Oversee intercompany reconciliations, month end reporting, and ad-hoc requests from stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

- Ensure compliance with SAP systems, including general ledger accounting, fixed assets management, and project accounting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the RTR process.

- 5-7 years of experience in Record To Report R2R role or similar position.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A. / B.M.S., B.Com).

- Strong understanding of SAP modules such as General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets Management, Project Accounting.

- Excellent communication skills for effective team handling and customer interaction.
