Key Deliverables (KRAs)

- Control and monitor all SKU/Product costing
- Lead and manage physical inventory cycle counts
- Publish monthly and quarterly reports on cost variances
- Prepare slow/non-moving inventory reports
- Prepare and present profitability reports

Job Responsibilities

1. Cost Analysis & Control:
Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and labor to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

2. Job Work Monitoring:
Develop and streamline processes for job work activities within inter-company transactions and ensure GST compliance.

3. Variance Analysis:
Prepare Standard Cost vs. Actual Production Cost reports and analyze discrepancies.

4. Inventory & Valuation:
Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate valuation of inventory, including WIP.

5. Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports on cost variances, inventory movement,



and profitability. Coordinate with internal teams for pricing decisions.

6. Physical Verification of Inventory:
Conduct inventory checks, manage cycle counts, and publish variance reports.

7. Purchase Order Approvals:
Review and approve purchase orders with price comparisons to ensure cost efficiency.

8. Verification of Purchase Bills:
Verify invoices and share observation reports with management.

9. Surprise Floor Visits:
Conduct periodic floor visits and report any deviations or cost-related issues.

Competencies

Educational Background

- Mandatory: B.Com / M.Com
