Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations.
- Provide guidance on performance management best practices to managers and employees alike.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for succession planning.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing industry setting.
- B.Tech degree in Computers or related field; MBA preferred.
- Robust understanding of business partnering principles and ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.
- Proven expertise in areas such as learning & development, performance management, succession planning, talent development.
