- 5+ years total experience in Medical Coding / QA
- 6-12 months of documented Team Lead experience
- Strong knowledge of IP DRG
- CCS or CIC certification
- Life Science graduate
- Ability to perform second-level QA audits
- Team management, client reporting & qualified email communication skills
- Mandatory Work From Office
- Midday shift
- Exposure to Epic, Optum, 3M, and Cerner.
