Preferred candidate profile

education

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Additional certification in Quality Management is an advantage.

Experience

- 15 years of experience in production line quality, in-process inspection, or manufacturing quality.
- Experience in automotive, engineering, electronics,



or other manufacturing industries is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand specifications.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Gauges.
- Familiarity with 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis, CAPA, FMEA, Control Plan, and SPC.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements is desirable.
- Valuable documentation and report-preparation skills.
