Job Summary

We are seeking a VAPT Team Lead to own and deliver security assessments across multiple domains while leading, mentoring, and upskilling a technical team. The role demands solid hands-on offensive security expertise combined with initiative, prompt problem-solving, and the drive to continuously raise the teams technical capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end VAPT engagements across web, mobile, thick client, network, and infrastructure domains
- Manage, mentor, and upskill team members to elevate overall technical proficiency
- Drive new initiatives for team capability development and skill enhancement
- Explore new domains and take on emerging challenges proactively
- Execute and resolve technical problems promptly under engagement timelines
- Ensure assessments align with CERT-In processes and requirements

Required Technical Skills

- Web Application VAPT




- Mobile Application VAPT
- Thick Client Application VAPT
- Network VAPT
- Configuration Review
- Active Directory Pentesting
- Allied offensive security domains

Certifications (one or more preferred)

- OSCP, CRTP, CRTO, CPTS (HTB), OSEP

Required Experience

- 4-5+ years of hands-on VAPT experience
- Proven experience leading a team
- Prior experience with a service-based company
