- Product demos and feature explanation
- Understand the business requirements and map it with features available in product
- Product configuration according to customer requirement
- Make Requirement Specification documents, project plans and other project related documents
- Interacting with client teams for system integration
- Participate in all phases of project implementation - planning, requirements understanding, solutioning and implementation process.
- Collaborate with development team, implementation team and client and maintain proper communication between teams
- Progress reporting and timely risk identification
- Gather client feedback and ensure performance goals are met.
- Project execution within timelines with proper documentation
- Data Migration.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-level software implementations across multiple products and ERP/ecommerce environments.
- Robust ability to articulate process logic and technical architecture including design and delivery of functional and technical presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional conversations and drive alignment.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset — takes initiative at a team level, holds peers accountable with coaching (not criticism), and drives outcomes without requiring direction.
