Role Summary:
Responsible for managing National & Regional Modern Trade accounts, driving business growth, current product listings, and achieving sales targets across assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage National & Regional Modern Trade key accounts and drive business development.
- Drive new product listings (NPD) and category expansion across the region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure planned portfolio availability across key accounts.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly business reviews.
- Manage MT distributors/stockists and maintain 1520 days of inventory.
- Drive order collection, amendments, and account appointments as per plan.
- Manage in-store promoters and merchandisers to achieve sales and execution targets.
- Follow PJP/beat plans and coordinate with third-party teams for effective market execution and reporting.

Experience & Qualification:

- 5–8 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management.
- Experience managing National & Regional chain accounts.
- Proven track record in sales growth, JBP execution, and category expansion.
