- Design and deliver training programs for retail staff on apparel merchandising, fashion trends, and sales techniques.
- Conduct regular workshops and sessions to enhance the knowledge of textile products, clothing lines, and retail operations.
- Collaborate with store managers to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer service standards.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in retail or related field (apparel industry).
- Solid understanding of fashion designing principles, textile science, and retail management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage audiences effectively through presentations and workshops.
