- Attend customer complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of vehicles.
- Use diagnostic tools/scanners to identify vehicle faults and error codes.
- Prepare job cards, service reports, inspection reports, and repair estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper and timely completion of repair work.
- Ensure repairs are completed according to OEM specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct road tests after repairs to verify vehicle performance.
