Job Title: Windchill Solution Architect / Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Windchill Solution Architect / Technical Lead with solid expertise in PTC Windchill PLM implementation, architecture, customization, integrations and data migration. The candidate should be capable of leading end-to-end PLM solutions and working closely with business, technical and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and design end-to-end Windchill PLM architecture and solutions.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.
- Drive AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping for PLM implementations.
- Work across Windchill modules including PDMLink, MPMLink, PartsLink, ProjectLink, SUMA and ESI.
- Configure and customize Type & Attribute Management, EBOM/MBOM, workflows, lifecycle templates and UI.
- Design and implement integrations with SAP/ERP, MES, CAD and other enterprise applications.
- Work with REST APIs, OData, Info*Engine and middleware such as MuleSoft.
- Lead Windchill data migration activities using Windchill Bulk Migrator (WBM), loaders, APIs and custom utilities.
- Handle migration of CAD data, documents, WTParts, EBOMs, classification and metadata.
- Support Windchill upgrades and ensure solution compatibility.




- Perform complex issue troubleshooting, RCA and performance optimization.
- Lead implementation activities across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment and hypercare.
- Conduct technical/design reviews and ensure adherence to PLM architecture and development standards.
- Mentor developers and coordinate with business, testing, infrastructure and other technical teams.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
