Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline

Job description

Develop creative and functional design concepts in line with client requirements, project objectives, and brandguidelines.

- Prepare space planning layouts,concept presentations, mood boards, and design proposals.
- Create detailed drawingsincluding layout plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, flooringlayouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Prepare 3D visualizations,renderings, and presentation materials for client approvals.
- Coordinate with clients tounderstand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, andmeasurements to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
- Select and specify materials,finishes, furniture, fixtures, lighting, and accessories as per projectrequirements.
- Work closely with projectmanagement, procurement,



and execution teams to ensure smooth implementation ofapproved designs.
- Review shop drawings and vendorsubmissions for compliance with design intent.
- Ensure designs comply withapplicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Participate in design reviewmeetings and client presentations.
- Manage multiple projectssimultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Resolve design-related issuesduring project execution and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain project documentation,drawing records, and design revisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends,emerging materials, workplace design concepts, and cutting-edge technologies.
