Role & responsibilities

- Drawing Review & Analysis: Compare Tender vs GFC (Good for Construction) drawings to identify discrepancies and execute changes on-site.
- BOQ & Estimation: Perform accurate Material Takeoffs and prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on structural blueprints.
- Site Billing & Tracking: Manage regular site billing, measurements, and cross-verification of contractor invoices against work done.
- Vendor & Consultant Coordination: Coordinate with drawing consultants for layout approvals and obtain competitive manufacturer quotes for procurement.
- On-Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day electrical installations (HT/LT systems, panels, cable laying) to ensure strict quality and safety compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience Range:



Strictly 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Electrical Site Engineering
- Industry Background: Proven track record in Real Estate, High-Rise Residential, Commercial Building, or Infrastructure projects
- Core Technical Skills: Expertise in GFC drawing analysis, site billing, cost estimation, and vendor management.
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD for layout reviews and MS Excel for billing and tracking schedules.
- Education & Location: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE/EE); must be comfortable working in office in Chennai or Trichy.
