Position:Staff Software Engineer

Location:Hyderabad

Basic Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, distributed systems, and application development.
- Deep expertise in transactional database architectures (SQL, NoSQL), ACID principles, and event-driven processing.
- Technical Debt: Document and prioritize technical debt, ensuring it is incorporated into sprints.
- Robust coding skills in C#, React, and Python with expertise in distributed computing, microservices, micro frontend architectures, and containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud-native AI/ML deployment (Azure preferred).
- Domain expertise in Commercial Real Estate (CRE)



is a plus; ability to quickly learn the business domain is essential.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as:
- Azure App Services, Azure Functions, App Insights.
- Azure APIM, Azure Service Bus, Redis, Azure Cognitive Search.
- Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Databricks.
- Azure DevOps pipelines and deployment automation.
- Optional / Good-to-Have Skills
- Engineer robust, production-quality Excel-based systems (including VBA/macros, complex formulas, data models, and ExcelAPI integrations) using strong software engineering best practices to automate and scale critical workflows.
