We are looking for a skilled professional with 10-12 years of experience to lead our payroll finance team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll management and administration.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Develop and implement effective payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other financial systems.
• Analyze and resolve complex payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll.
• Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals to achieve departmental goals.





Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, management, and administration.
• Experience with payroll software and systems, including implementation and maintenance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Master degree in Finance /CA/CPA/CMA or MBA HR.
