We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM/HR Master Data Management, business process configuration, and S/4HANA migration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP HR processes, master data management, customization, user support, and data migration activities. The role involves working closely with global stakeholders, participating in rollout projects, and ensuring seamless employee master data management across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP HR Functional Support

- Manage and maintain Employee Master Data in SAP HR/HCM across SAP ECC (R/3) and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Configure and customize SAP HR modules based on business requirements.
- Support daily operations by resolving incidents, service requests, and production issues raised by users.
- Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP HR solutions.

S/4HANA Migration & Rollout Activities

- Participate in SAP S/4HANA rollout and migration projects.
- Support data migration activities from SAP ECC (R/3) to SAP S/4HANA.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation during migration cycles.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather country-specific HR requirements.

Master Data Management

- Create, maintain, and monitor employee master data in compliance with organizational standards.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and integrity across systems.
- Execute mass data updates and monitor successful processing of HR records.

Integration & System Monitoring

- Work with SAP integration technologies including IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
- Monitor interface processing and troubleshoot data transfer issues.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve integration-related incidents.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users across multiple geographies.
- Participate in requirement-gathering workshops and rollout meetings.
- Provide functional guidance and training to end users when required.
