Role: Pega Architect

Location: Chennai / Pune
Experience: 8–12 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Pega Architect (CLSA) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade applications in the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC), modern Pega frameworks, and architecture best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end design and architecture of Pega-based applications
- Develop scalable solutions using Pega Infinity (8.x / 24.x)
- Work on case management, workflows, and business rules implementation
- Provide technical leadership to development teams
- Design and implement Pega Constellation / Cosmos UI frameworks
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements




- Integrate Pega applications with external systems (APIs, databases, etc.)
- Guide and mentor junior developers and engineers

Required Skills & Experience
- CLSA certified (Certified Lead System Architect)
- Strong experience in Pega BPM (PRPC)
- Hands-on with Pega Infinity (8.x or higher)
- Experience with Constellation (preferred) or Cosmos UI
- Strong knowledge of:
- Case Management
- Decisioning
- Workflows

- Good understanding of SQL / Oracle databases
- Experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
- Exposure to Pega Cloud / AWS
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of REST/JSON integrations
- Agile / Scrum experience
