Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance of plant machinery.
- Handle machine breakdowns, troubleshooting & repairs.
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PM).
- Maintain motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, conveyors, pumps, panels, VFDs, sensors, etc.
- Minimize machine downtime and ensure smooth production.
- Manage maintenance spares & inventory.
- Maintain breakdown, PM & maintenance records.
- Ensure electrical & machine safety standards.
- Coordinate with Production, vendors & external technicians.
Required
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant qualification.
- Strong hands-on maintenance & troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in Spice/FMCG/Food Processing industry preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of industrial machinery and electrical systems.
- Ability to independently handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
