**Compensation**

* **Freshers:** 3.0 LPA

* **Experienced (Minimum 6 months):** 3.5LPA

* **Experienced (Minimum 12 months):** 4.5LPA

**Eligibility**

* Graduation not mandatory.

* Freshers are eligible.

* Experienced candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.

**Shift Details**

* Rotational shifts.

* Two-way cab facility provided for employees residing within a 15 km radius.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide customer and driver support through multiple channels, including voice calls, email, and live chat.

* Investigate and resolve issues related to payments, fares, account status, app navigation, and other service-related concerns.

* Deliver prompt, skilled,



and empathetic customer service to improve rider and driver satisfaction.

* Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, issue resolutions, and follow-up actions in the company's database.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
