We are looking for an experienced Training Manager Home Loans to design and deliver training programs for sales and banking teams. The role will focus on strengthening employees’ knowledge of home loan products, sales processes, customer handling, documentation, eligibility, credit processes, and banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs for Home Loans sales and banking teams.
- Develop and deliver training modules covering home loan products, processes, policies and banking products.
- Train employees on customer acquisition, lead conversion and sales techniques.
- Provide product knowledge on eligibility, documentation, interest rates, repayment options and loan processes.
- Conduct induction and refresher training for new and existing employees.
- Identify knowledge and performance gaps and create appropriate training interventions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance tracking.
- Work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations and Business teams to ensure process alignment.
- Keep training content updated based on changes in products, processes and internal policies.




- Conduct field/team visits when required to understand operational challenges and provide coaching.
- Prepare regular training reports, MIS and performance feedback for management.

- Strong classroom and virtual training capabilities.
- Ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and other training tools.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in banking training, home loans, or banking products.
- Prior experience in training sales teams in banking/NBFC/financial services will be preferred.
- Candidates with solid Home Loans product knowledge and training exposure are encouraged to apply.
