Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Process customer queries, resolve issues, and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve overall performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO sales or related field (telemarketing, credit card sales).
- Solid voice processing skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work on inbound calls handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as CRM software.
