End to end ServiceNow ACC automation testing experience using ServiceNow ATF and other tools

Responsibilities

- Test Design Execution
- Create detailed test plans scenarios and test cases based on business requirement documents
- Perform functional regression smoke and integration testing
- Module Validation
- Test core ServiceNow suites like ITSM Incident Problem Change Service Catalog ITAMCMDB CSM or HRSD
- Validate form logic UI policies client scripts and complex workflows
- Test Automation Build maintain and execute automated test scripts using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework ATF
- Defect Management Identify log and track software bugs and configuration flaws working closely with developers and administrators for resolution
- Integration Upgrade Testing Verify outboundinbound RESTSOAP APIs Integration Hub elements and platform upgrades
