About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js to students/professionals, along with mentoring them on real-time projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver structured training sessions on MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

- Design and update curriculum, session plans, and training materials

- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, assignments, and project-based learning

- Evaluate learner progress through tests, assignments, and mock interviews

- Guide learners on REST API development, database design, and full-stack project building

- Resolve technical doubts and provide one-on-one mentoring when needed

- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in the MERN ecosystem





- Support placement readiness by conducting mock interviews and technical Q&A; sessions

Required Skills:

- Robust hands-on expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and Git/GitHub

- Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or corporate training preferred

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners of varying skill levels

Qualification:

- B.Tech/B.E/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field

- Prior training/teaching experience is a plus
