Hands-on experience with job portals.
Good understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, etc.).
Work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with clients for further interview rounds.
Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Track and manage recruitment metrics and maintain ATS records.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
