Roles and Responsibilities :
- Calculate net asset value (NAV) for various funds, including mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity funds.
- Prepare and review financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and discrepancies in fund performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to NAV calculations and fund accounting.
Job Requirements :
- 6-13 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
- Robust understanding of net asset value (NAV) calculation principles and regulations governing investment vehicles.
- Proficiency in using software applications used for data analysis and reporting purposes (e.g., Excel).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
