Roles and Responsibilities :
- Configure Jira Service Management projects, issue types, request types, and workflows.
- Build and configure the service portal and service request catalog.
- Implement SLA policies, priority rules, queues, and escalation workflows.
- Configure approval workflows for service requests and identity access requests.
- Develop dashboards and operational reporting for service teams.
- Implement automation rules for ticket routing, notifications, and lifecycle management.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in configuring Jira or Jira Service Management.
- Solid experience with workflows, request types, screens, and custom fields.
- Experience with Jira automation rules and operational dashboards.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes and service management workflows.
- Experience working with Jira Cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Jira Service Management, Jira automation, and JIRA is desirable.
