About the Role

Merciplus Tech Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage the recruitment and onboarding of Associates and other field personnel.

The selected candidate will be responsible for screening applicants, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, coordinating documentation, supporting onboarding, and maintaining employee and associate records.

A major part of this role will involve hiring and managing Associates who work in the field to register and onboard dealers, merchants, solar customers, and other business partners into the Merciplus ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates for Associate, Field Marketing, Sales, and Business Development roles.

Review resumes and job applications.

Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.

Schedule and conduct telephonic, video, and face-to-face interviews.

Evaluate candidates based on communication skills, field-work readiness, attitude, experience, and suitability for the role.

Clearly explain job responsibilities, field-work requirements, targets, incentives, salary structure, and company policies during interviews.

Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate final selection with management.

Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

Collect and verify required candidate documents such as ID proof, address proof, educational certificates, bank details, and other onboarding documents.

Complete joining formalities for selected Associates and employees.

Maintain accurate employee and Associate records.

Create and maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate induction and basic training for newly joined Associates.

Explain company processes, reporting structure, attendance requirements, and performance expectations.

Maintain regular communication with newly joined Associates during the initial employment period.

Track joining status, attendance, probation, performance, and attrition.





Conduct follow-ups with candidates who have been selected but have not yet joined.

Coordinate with team leaders and managers regarding manpower requirements.

Support replacement hiring when Associates leave or positions become vacant.

Assist management in planning recruitment based on location-wise and team-wise requirements.

Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Support general HR administration and employee engagement activities.

Associate Interview Responsibilities

The HR Executive will primarily interview candidates for Associate and Field Marketing roles.

During the interview, the HR Executive should assess:

Communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to perform field work

Ability to meet dealers, merchants, and customers

Ability to explain company services clearly

Confidence while interacting with new people

Basic smartphone and mobile application knowledge

Ability to collect and enter customer information

Target-oriented attitude

Local area knowledge

Willingness to travel

Availability of a two-wheeler, where required

Previous experience in field sales or marketing

Ability to follow up with customers and business partners

Candidate reliability, professionalism, and work attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.

Experience recruiting field sales, marketing, telecalling, merchant onboarding, or business development staff will be an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Comfortable conducting multiple interviews per day.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic office applications.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Ability to maintain recruitment reports and employee records.





Good decision-making and candidate evaluation skills.

Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
