Role Overview: The AI & Digital Transformation Lead will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing technology and AI-driven solutions across the organization. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, automation, reporting, document management, workflow systems, and cybersecurity preparedness.

This role requires someone who is passionate about technology and is excited to implement robust changes in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Reporting To: Director International Markets

Required Skillset:

- Understanding of AI tools and automation platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and IT infrastructure
- Process mapping and workflow optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities:

- AI & Automation
- Identify areas across the organization where AI and automation can improve productivity and efficiency
- Implement AI tools for:
- Documentation workflows
- SOP management
- Data and commercial analysis and reporting
- Email and communication workflows
- Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, SaaS tools,



and automation software
- Build scalable AI-driven workflows across departments
- Train teams on adoption and usage of AI tools

- Digital Transformation
- Map current operational workflows and identify digitization opportunities
- Work with leadership to implement practical digital systems across departments
- Coordinate implementation of ERP/eQMS/digital tracking systems where required
- Improve dashboards, reporting visibility, and project management tracking systems
- Create process documentation and technology SOPs

- Vendor & Technology Management
- Evaluate external software vendors and technology partners
- Manage implementation timelines and project coordination
- Ensure technology projects are completed with robust user adoption
- Track ROI and operational impact of digital initiatives
