Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to identify and attract high-quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding, sourcing and screening to offer closure and onboarding.
- Handle hiring for IT/Technical and corporate functions, including Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, SAP and other technology roles.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, Boolean search and X-ray search.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, skill expectations and hiring priorities.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, salary discussions, offer negotiation and regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure recruitment targets and hiring TATs are achieved.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and ATS/MIS.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Conduct market mapping and talent research for niche and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, employee referrals and other talent acquisition initiatives.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder management.
- Hands-on experience in sourcing mid-level to senior professionals.
- Strong understanding of IT skills, technology roles and recruitment market trends.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean Search and X-ray Search.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver candidates within defined timelines.
- Strong candidate assessment, communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of ATS, recruitment MIS and hiring metrics.
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Preferred

- Experience in IT Services, Product, SaaS or Consulting organizations.
- Exposure to niche technology and leadership hiring.
- Experience handling volume as well as specialized hiring.
- Strong professional network and talent-pipeline-building capability.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
