Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the planning and execution of defence and engineering projects. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project schedules, managing procurement activities, ensuring cost and quality requirements are met, and coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

* Prepare project plans, organize kick-off meetings, and monitor project milestones and progress.

* Coordinate with design, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and other internal teams for smooth project execution.

* Manage ERP-based project operations, including PPO processing, gate pass management, subcontractor invoicing, and outbound logistics.

* Consolidate BOM requirements and coordinate with the Supply Chain team for timely placement of POs and receipt of required materials/kits.

* Track project dependencies, identify issues,



and support timely resolution to maintain schedule adherence.

* Coordinate with customers, defence organizations, government departments, and vendors as required.

* Manage vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials/services.

* Support project cost control, quality assurance, and operational requirements.

* Ensure compliance with applicable labour, environmental, safety, and information security requirements.

* Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to relevant stakeholders.
