Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Employee Transport Services

Location: Pune

Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Employee Transport / Corporate Transportation / Transport Services Sales

Salary: 31,000 40,000 per month

Gender: Female

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new business opportunities in Employee Transport Services (ETS).
- Identify and approach new corporate clients.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references, and other channels.
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable transport solutions.
- Handle client negotiations, quotations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth service delivery.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into business.
- Maintain sales pipeline,



CRM records, and regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

REQUIRED PROFILE

- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in Employee Transport Services / Corporate Transportation / Transport Industry.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Experience in new client acquisition and corporate client handling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Pune corporate market will be an advantage.
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
