Candidates should have experience in Executive Search and Leadership Hiring for our company Executive Tracks Associates Pvt Ltd. at Gurgaon - Sector 49 / Mumbai location, Jogeshwari East.

The ideal candidate would have worked in executive search mandates for Manufacturing / Engineering/ Auto / EPC, Chemical, Real Estate companies and would have experience hiring Mid to Leadership roles / CxO Hiring.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Atleast 8+ years of deep-dive experience in Consulting Firm
- Should have Experience in handling Mid -Leadership mandates and Client Engagement.
- Client Management: Partnering with clients for entire recruitment and selection process of the candidate
- Leadership hiring to consistently exceed performance targets.
- Working with Stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions
- Should have the ability to assess and evaluate business requirements as well as candidate profiles
- Should be skilled at using various tools of recruitment, have a valuable eye for talent,



and have the superpower to attract skilled candidates.
- Identifying and creating a pipeline of candidates
- Will lead the search and conduct end-to-end activities and handle Team also
