About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our growing team at Rang Technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, building connections, understanding career aspirations, and helping candidates find the right opportunities.

You do not need extensive recruitment experience. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to learn who wants to build a long-term career in Corporate Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Connect with candidates, understand their career goals, experience, and expectations.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS/internal systems.
- Communicate job opportunities effectively and explain the role, organization, and career opportunities to candidates.
- Work toward recruitment targets while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
- Continuously learn and improve recruitment, sourcing,



and communication skills.

What Were Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition; freshers are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and initiating conversations.
- Confident, energetic, and willing to take ownership.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is preferred.
