Roles and responsibilities

- Make outbound international calls
- Speak with prospects in clear, confident English
- Qualify leads and understand their requirement
- Handle objections politely
- Follow up on pending leads
- Update call status daily
- Meet monthly targets

Must have

- Very good spoken English
- Go getter
- Prior experience in international voice process will help
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Ready to work from office in Hyderabad
- Ready to work day shift: 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM
- Immediate or early joining preferred

Good to have

- Appointment setting / telesales / B2B calling experience
- Experience calling UK, Europe, US or Australia
- Basic Excel or CRM knowledge

Night-shift international callers who want to move to day shift can also apply.
