Functional Finance (Contract To Cash)

The Sr. Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing and supporting financial systems to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role involves working on complex financial processes and system integrations, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions for multifaceted business challenges. The position serves as a liaison between Finance, IT, and other business units, providing technical expertise, process improvements, and system enhancements to meet organizational goals.

Location/ Shift

This role will work a hybrid work schedule. Candidates should be available to work 2-3 days a week in our Hyderabad, India office space. The work shift will be 2 pm- 11 pm IST.

Core Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Meet with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional designs, recommending Oracle Cloud features to improve efficiency
- Configuration Implementation: Set up, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud applications, working with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
- Testing Validation: Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure the solution meets specifications and business needs.
- Training Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain FAQs, process guides, and functional designs.
- Support Troubleshooting:



Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot integrations (OIC), support updates, and act as the 'voice of the user'.
- Best Practices: Champion SaaS best practices, ensuring data privacy and compliance, and promoting productive, standard configurations.

Key Skills & Experience

- 4-6 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion area
- 8-10 years of overall work experience in related fields
- Deep understanding of core financial/projects modules - Receivables (AR), PPM (Projects Portfolio Management)
- Experience in working with SLA rules
- Experience with workflow and BPM
- Experience with configuring Cloud ERP modules of above-mentioned modules end to end
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact with clients and teams.
- Project Lifecycle: Experience with full implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support).
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio) and understanding of data/logs.
- Experience in working with AI Agents is highly preferrable

Education

- Bachelor s degree (4-year minimum) in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
