Position: Tech Lead - Corporate (CSR) Business Unit

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Tech Lead to anchor technology across our Corporate (CSR) Business Unit: the platform our CSR programmes run on, the partner who builds it, and the AI and data work that is changing how the unit delivers. You will report to the Corporate BU Head and have a dotted line to the Chief Technology Officer.

We are looking for 5-8 years in product management or technology services/consulting.

The Corporate BU is growing in both the volume and the complexity of its engagements, and technology has moved from supporting that work to shaping what the work can be. We manage our CSR programmes on a purpose-built platform, mGrant, from Dhwani RIS.

AI presents a fast-emerging opportunity in this space. Inside the unit, consultants are already piloting with it in processes like NGO due diligence and impact assessment. Outside, there are services we can build and sell - like putting Voice AI into our Impact Portfolio Advisory. What the unit needs now is someone to hold all of this together: to set the standard for the platform and the partnership, and to turn promising pilots into offerings we can take to market.

The Ideal Candidate

- 5-8 years of experience in product management or technology services/consulting.
- A solid working understanding of the software development lifecycle in an Agile setting.
- Expertise in using AI to solve real problems - analysing data, building prototypes, knowing where it does and does not help.
- Proven experience getting B2B technology adopted inside teams, using change management and supporting behavioural change.
- Fluency in managing stakeholder relationships, internally and externally.
- Comfort with ambiguity and several parallel priorities, and the judgement to call what to focus on,



what to defer, and which risks need active management.
- Clear communication in a cooperative, cross-functional environment, and openness to occasional travel for project and client work.

What would give you an edge

- Experience in the social sector.
- Past work on CSR projects, particularly an understanding of how a CSR monitoring and evaluation project runs end to end.
- Experience with CSR technology tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

What you will own

- Drive and Manage tech platform adoption within the CSR Business Unit, playing a central role across all CSR projects in the unit
- Interface with the project leads and consultants in the unit and enable successful delivery of CSR projects using the tech platform
- Drive end-to-end governance of our engagement with Dhwani RIS, our technology partner behind mGrant and other potential partners
- Interface with NGO users of the tech platform, and support them on tech platform related requirements.

What you will support

- Client-facing: integrating Voice AI into our Impact Portfolio Advisory (IPA) and assessment offerings, and prototyping new services we can take to IPA clients.
- Internal: optimising the workflow for processes like due diligence, impact assessment and other processes in the CSR lifecyle.
- Knowledge management: building the unit s discipline and driving the adoption of our AI-based knowledge management solution.
- Data: enabling longitudinal CSR insight drawn from integrating mGrant with our internal data warehouse.
- Working with the units AI Champions - the consultants already experimenting on their own projects - to turn what works into something productised.
