About the Role

We are looking for a professional and experienced Female Live-In Butler to provide high-quality butler and household service to a family of three residing in a multi-floor private residence. The Butler will work closely with the existing household staff and be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day household operations and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day household operations across the residence.
- Work closely with the existing household staff to ensure smooth functioning of the household.
- Provide professional butler services, including meal service, table setting, and formal FB service .
- Maintain high standards of presentation and household service.
- Welcome and attend to guests, including guest reception and hosting.
- Assist with events, gatherings, and family functions as required.
- Coordinate household schedules and attend to the family s day-to-day requirements.
- Manage wardrobe, valet services, and personal errands for the family as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for household-related requirements.
- Ensure all tasks are handled with discretion, punctuality, confidentiality, and professionalism .
- Maintain a polished and well-presented service environment at all times.




- Be available to support the family during festivals and special occasions as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates preferred/required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury hotels, hospitality, private residences, or professional butler service.
- Previous experience working as part of a household staff team is preferred.
- Formal Butler training or certification will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of formal dining and professional service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, polished, and professional personality.
- Strong household coordination and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion while working closely with the family.
- Ability to work collaboratively with existing household staff.
- Flexible and willing to support the family during festivals and special occasions.
