Junior Recruiter Work From Home

Role: Junior Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive Junior Recruiter to support hiring for Hidoc and Infedis Diagnostic.

Key Responsibilities

- Make 50-60 recruitment calls daily
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers
- Close assigned positions within timelines
- Prepare and send Offer Letters (OLs) after approval
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining
- Maintain and update the recruitment tracker daily

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate; HR qualification preferred
- 02 years of recruitment experience; freshers with solid communication may apply
- Excellent communication and calling skills
- Comfortable with high-volume daily calling
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Target-oriented and able to work independently from home

Primary KPI: Calls, interviews scheduled, positions closed, OLs issued, and successful joinings.
