Job Position: Senior AI/GenAI Engineer (Staff-Aug)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior AI/GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI . The role involves designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions and reusable accelerators using open-source technologies, Azure, and AWS AI services .

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions, RAG systems, conversational AI, document intelligence, AI agents, and automation solutions .
- Build reusable AI/GenAI accelerators and contribute to reference architectures and engineering standards .
- Evaluate and integrate open-source models/frameworks, Azure AI/Azure OpenAI, and AWS AI/ML services .
- Develop POCs and prototypes and convert successful solutions into production-ready implementations .
- Design and optimize model integration and inference pipelines for quality, scalability, latency, and cost .
- Collaborate with architects, developers, data, and cloud teams to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/GenAI technologies and evaluate their applicability to business requirements.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python .
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Transformers, and LLMs .
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents .




- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel , or equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with commercial and/or open-source LLMs and foundation models .
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI/Azure OpenAI and/or AWS AI/ML services .
- Experience deploying AI/GenAI solutions in production environments .
- Positive understanding of prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and performance/cost optimization .
- Experience with Hugging Face, Llama, Mistral, Qwen, vLLM, or Ollama .
- Knowledge of MCP, Advanced RAG, Graph RAG, hybrid search, or reranking .

Good to Have

- Experience with LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT .
- Knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow, CUDA, TensorRT, or GPU-based inference .
- Experience developing reusable AI/GenAI platforms or accelerators .

Qualifications Prerequisites

- B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of overall IT experience , with 4-6 years of relevant AI/ML/GenAI experience.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and engineering skills.
- Ability to independently design and implement AI/GenAI solutions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a self-driven approach to innovation and emerging AI technologies.
