Description: Systems Analyst: Functional Payables (Oracle Fusion) - Hyderabad (Hybrid) - Second Shift

Location/ Shift: This role will work a hybrid work schedule. Candidates should be available to work 2- 3 days a week in our Hyderabad, India office space. The work shift will be 2 pm- 11 pm IST.

Job Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Meet with stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional designs, recommending Oracle Cloud features to improve efficiency (e.g., HCM, Financials, SCM modules).
- Configuration Implementation: Set up, configure, and customize Oracle Cloud applications, working with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
- Testing Validation: Perform SIT, UAT, and regression testing to ensure the solution meets specifications and business needs.
- Training Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct sessions, and maintain FAQs, process guides, and functional designs.
- Support Troubleshooting: Resolve functional issues, troubleshoot integrations (OIC), support updates, and act as the "voice of the user".
- Best Practices: Champion SaaS best practices, ensuring data privacy and compliance, and promoting efficient, standard configurations.

Key Skills Experience





- Up to 3 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion Payables area from support standpoint
- Overall experience: Up to 6 years in relevant areas.
- Deep understanding of core Payables module of Cloud ERP with cross module experience with other SCM and financial modules
- Ability to configure SLA rules, workflow configurations with BPM
- Experience with payments end to end.
- Experience with BI and OTBI reports is preferred
- Experience in integrating with Vertex, Kyriba is preferred
- Should have right attitude to work across functional teams with full accountability
- Problem-Solving: Solid analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to interact with clients and teams.
- Project Lifecycle: Experience with full implementation cycles (Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live, Support).
- Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio) and understanding of data/logs.
