Open Position:

SPE (Senior Process Executive)

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Salary: Up to 5.5 LPA

Requirements:

- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Minimum Experience: 1+ year in International Voice Process
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
- Pure International Voice Process experience mandatory
- Candidates with only Email, Chat, Blended, or Semi-Voice experience are not eligible
- Comfortable working in US Night Shifts
- Willingness to work from office is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers, primarily from the US
- Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries within defined SLAs
- Handle customer concerns, complaints,



and escalations effectively
- Maintain high-quality communication and ensure a positive customer experience
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, compliance requirements, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant system
